ECO-AMAZON LODGE

Very few places in the world show such a charming nature, so splendorous and magic and as well as abundant. One of them is the Amazon, located in the jungle of Peru, a great mixture of rainforests, and so highly-flowed rivers, huge swamps and “Aguajal” forests all form part of this marvelous end exuberant ecosystem in where life is shown in almost all forms.

Into this wonderful place, in a 10-hectare size, it is located the Natural Eco-Amazon Lodge Ecological Park; place known as Tambopata, at only 30 kilometers down from Madre de Dios River. Get lost in this wonderful place and observe the noisy and joyful parrot flocks, as well as the more than 1200 bird species, also have the chance to admire the 700 types of butterflies, and interact by yourself with the hundreds of animals that look for shelter into the Amazon. Eco-Amazon Lodge invites you to join to the spectacular journey that will amaze all your senses, at the same time that you are helping to the survival of this splendorous natural park through the sustainable Eco- Tourism. Eco-Amazon Lodge: is located inside the natural reservation itself, such an amazing place with three typical bungalows, porch, bathroom, “hamacas” (typical sleeping beds which are tied to two trees), reception saloon, dining room, game bar, esoteric places and an ecological pool. Wonderful place for your staying, it also offers local guided tours conducted by local guides who will be in charged of letting you live a real adventure in the natural jungle. Enjoy the Amazon paradise.

The TOURS are early in the morning, in the afternoon we offer we optionally offer a family visit to the botanic garden and ecological pool without any additional charge.

SERVICES

The facilities we offer you are built of rustic and typical material from the area. It has a total of 45 rooms and comfortable ecological bungalows. The environment of each room is properly furnished with nets (Avoiding the entrance of insects); there is a room with comfortable hammocks and the bedroom has two beds and a private bathroom. We have a reception to welcome to you, a wide dinning room, a bar where exotic drinks are prepared by our bartender, a library and a living room for mysterious sessions(for hidden works).

TRANSPORT

The Lodge uses only properly equipped safari buses, with a capacity for 25 passengers, to transfer them from/to the airport of Puerto Maldonado and. It also has motor boats for smooth trips down the Madre de Dios River to the Lodge.

MEALS

Our chefs prepare traditional rainforest and other typical dishes of the region, such as Juanes, a meal symbolizing the annual harvest; as well as Paca, Palmito, and savoury fish dishes from the area, including Dorado, Doncella, Salton fish. Our chefs are specialists in vegetarian food.
